Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including functional requirements, technical design, development, unit testing and user acceptance testing for support and enhancements to existing applications using .Net Framework 2.0, 3.0,C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, AJAX, Web services IIS and relational databases.
• Collaborate with other technical staff to research, evaluate, develop, test and implement technical solutions using .Net Framework 2.0, 3.0,C#, ASP.Net, AJAX, Web services IIS and relational databases.
• Collaborate with other technical staff to research, evaluate, develop, test and implement technical solutions using .Net Framework 2.0, 3.0,C#, ASP.Net, AJAX, Web services IIS and relational databases
• Cooperate with other technical staff and management to identify estimates and timeline for projects in C# and ASP.Net
• Communicate with IS personnel, management and the business through meetings, presentations and status reports
• Provide training of final solution to the business end users
• Provide operational support of internal business systems, including periodic 24x7 on-call support.

• The TR Global MIS is an exciting and dynamic organization that provides systems support, enhancements, and consultation for the selection and implementation of Thomson Reuters Professional division business systems. It develops Thomson Reuters business systems that support business operations such as ordering, subscriptions, pricing, billing, finance, publishing, manufacturing, and distribution.
• In this position, you will play a role in providing business systems support and enhancements for a variety of critical business areas through collaboration with functional and development engineers and key business resources. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, designing, specification writing, testing, and implementation solution for critical business initiatives.
• The said position is for Royalties space in Legal domain. QuickView + is a .Net based business critical application and is used by Thomson Reuters customers to view the usage and the charges.
