Technical Lead Specifications
Manage/Lead team of developers
Previous experience of working on offshore solutions development and delivery a big plus
Take overall responsibility for project delivery from a technical standpoint
Excellent technical skills with exposure to all stages of software development lifecycle
Willing to work alongside remote teams providing input where necessary
Minimum experience of 5-7 years
Self starter with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English must be to high standard
Excellent problem-solving skills with a go-getter attitude
Code Reviews
Demonstrate previous experience in solution design & architecture
Strong Coder, Responsible for code reviews
The role is highly technical role which will require working with the following platforms:
.net 2.0, 3.5, 4.0
VB.Net, C#
Exposure to ORM tools (LINQ to Entities, LINQ to SQL), ADO.Net
Soap 1.0, 1.1, WCF, Service based Architectures
WPF, Silverlight, MVC, MVC2, ASP.Net Web Forms, Win-Forms
MS Test Framework, mocking frameworks such as Rhino-Mocks or similar, TDD, CI – Cruise Control.Net
MS AJAX Toolkits, JQUERY, JSON, JavaScript
Exposure to Pattern Based Development
SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008, SQL Reporting Services
