Restart the failed backup if necessary and start the manual backup. Perform data restore Performing SOP based activities. Handling media management such us ejecting and loading media?s. Perform the robot inventory. Generate a backup status report. Have knowledge on the following concepts - backup basics, master & media server management, Storage unit management, policy management and media management.
Trained Technical position.
Works in Process Driven, high degree of supervision environment.
Provides support for simple troubleshooting requirements.
May be required to work as on-call support or in shifts to provide 24x7 type of support.
