Help desk agent skills required for application help desk roles.

Task involves picking up and registering of tickets by e-mail, phone or web-based ticketing tool.

Tickets would be incidents, password reset, authorization request, request for change, etc.

The ticket would need to be then fixed by themselves or dispatched to a different team or supplier.

All the work for India would be in English.

NOTE : Very good communication Skills,Willing to work in 24/7 shifts
