RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately enter and maintain contracts for various market segments into Model N, to ensure accurate data availability to allow for flexible and meaningful management reporting and rebate adjudication.

Conduct peer review sessions.

Possess knowledge in managed care and Medicare market segments to accurately interpret contracts for these businesses.

Possess the ability to test and understand the functionality of Model N and to understand the interrelationships between the various functional modules.

Ensure timely execution of all components of contract administration in a team oriented approach within Healthcare Contract Administration and to provide clear and open communication to team members.

Responsible for the proper evaluation and interpretation of managed care contracts to ensure rebate payments are made accurately and timely as per the terms and conditions of the contracts.

Responsible for the detailed analysis and validation of rebate claim data and the calculation of rebate payments utilizing mainframe systems and PC based applications including processing customer data in ECP.

Responsible for maintaining an effective customer focus: communicating with and providing rebate claim supporting documentation to external and internal customers.

Responsible for the analysis and resolution of disputed rebate claim data.

Responsible for managing/coordinating special projects.

Responsible for the review and approval of rebate disbursements for smaller accounts.

Maintain systems and logs to track status of contracts and rebate processing for review by Contract/Rebates senior analysts and managers.

Responsible for adhering to all company and departmental policies and procedure.

Participate and/or contribute to special projects as needed.

Possess detailed knowledge of systems and rebates to mentor and train new Analysts.
