O&M:
To work on maintaining the 99.95% Network Availability
Commissioning and integrating New sites in time to
give best coverage to customers
Ensure for Smooth implementation of Network modifications
and expansions
Execution of acceptance testing for the new sites
rollout
Extending network elements(SDH&PDH) to NMS
Switch:
To work towards the Core Network availability and
Maintenance of NSS Performance, Utilization as per
plan
Implementation & Rollout of Core network -NSS
To execute the daily routine activities of Operation
& maintenance of Switch maintenance
To contribute in maintaining Network Quality
Network Quality:
Monitoring of network KPI¿s to identify poor
performing radio and core network improving their quality.
To Co-ordinate with external agencies like TRAI, DOT
To facilitate
Inspection and timely submission of reports as per
SLA
Participate in TQM projects to improve network
performance/ reduce cost as agreed in each of the
project
To Co-Ordinate with other network department and SD
team members To ensure resolution of customer complaints (2G & 3G).
To analyze Core KPI reports and co-ordinate with switch
team members to improve Network KPI¿s performance
Implementing the recommended Process new process /
improve existing process for network performance
Ensuring availability of network performance reports
for feedback to the management
Planning:
Execution of optimization activities, RF SURVEYS,
Network design & planning & Rollout to support traffic growth
Execute & maintain the Network deployment to uphold
Network below 85% as per BSC utilization
To execute the activities to maintain the Network
Quality
To investigate on the customer complaints on network
& provide the solutions to resolve them within TATs
To maintain the database for sending timely reports
for adhering to the regulatory & compliances
