Should contribute in design , development and implementation of the new product or product enhancement and defect resolution across simultaneous concurrent releases Technical documentation (Design & Analysis)Provide technical support for Production ReleasesProblem solving ability and bug fixingAbility to learn new technology and deliver results.Provide realistic and accurate estimates of work (Lead role)Coordinate with quality assurance and product support to deliver high quality productGood understanding of OOP and OOAD concepts and tools. Hands on experience with C++ programming on Unix/Linux platforms is a MUST
