Compensation :
• On confirmation, CTC per month - 10,000 + Performance incentive.
• After 1 year of confirmation, CTC per month – min 15,000 + Performance incentive.
• After 2 years of confirmation, CTC per month – min 18,000 + Performance incentive.
• Stipend for the training period: For 3 months – Rs.6000/- .
Desired Qualification :
• 2012 Passout IT, CSE, EEE, ECE branch students are eligible with 70% marks throughout (No Standing Arrears)
• Good Communication, aptitude, attitude and interpersonal skills
• Preference given for CCNA / MCSE / MCITP certified students
Desired Experience : 0 Years
Remarks :
• Candidate should sign an agreement / bond for 3 years & will require to submit Original certificates.
• Training period is for 3 months & may be extended if candidate needs to scale up further.
• Training will be given in various networking technologies during this period.
Job Description :
• Will be responsible to deliver Training on International Certifications in Network Infrastructure (like CCNA, CCNP, Hyper V, APP V, VMWARE etc. (You will be Trained for about 3 months by us on various platforms at our cost).
3 years of experience in RJP Infotek & the number of International certifications the candidate gets in these 3 years will be equivalent of 8-10 years Industry Experience! (Candidate becomes an expert in multiple domains/ verticals)
