Assisting the US Customers and Troubleshooting their Computer Related issues by taking Remote Access Control.

Position: - Technical support Executives

Job Responsibilities:

Any Graduate B.E/B.Tech/ MCA's

• Willing to work in Night Shifts

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Assisting the US customers in resolving the technical issues which are related to PC's

• Good at Using the Outlook Express

• Installation/Un installation of software’s

• PC troubleshooting

• Advanced Computer Knowledge

• People those who are already into Technical support are preferred

• Both M/F are eligible

Position: - Sales Executives (Technical Support)

Job Responsibilities:

Any Graduate B.E/B.Tech/ MCA's

• Willing to work in Night Shifts

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Assisting the US customers & Understanding US Accent

• Good at Using the Microsoft Office

• Computer basics

• People those who are already into Sales are preferred

• Both M/F are eligible
