Job Summary :
- The ideal candidate is a quality-driven engineering leader, will have experience with shipping large scale enterprise products, solutions and services.
- This person must have experience managing a high performance test team, driving projects, has deep technical expertise in automation and implementation of solid testing practices.
- A critical success factor for this job is that you should have passion for managing, developing and mentoring individuals, growing strong leads, and the ability to recruit top technical talent.
- This person must be able to manage multiple programs, have a proven record of cross-group collaboration, and passion for testing and improving test process.

- Ensuring that all programs are delivered with agreed upon business value, on time and highest quality
- Manage a rapidly growing test team of SDETs, managers and leads working on multiple programs.
- The person needs to drive and contribute to program test strategy and architecture
- He will ensure that financial targets of his group are met, variances are minimized and reasons for variances are known
- He will be responsible to enable the team to innovate and create strong partnership with other groups
- Should possess the ability to manage risks related to people, technology and processes
