Job Role: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary :
We are looking for highly efficient and honest individuals who would be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Main Activities
• Design and implement office policies
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Supervise office staff
• Monitor attendance of employees
• Control correspondences
• Review and approve supply requisitions
• Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups
• Maintain office equipment
Supervise office staff
• Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions
• Supervise staff
• Coaching and disciplining staff
Maintain office records
• Design filing systems
• Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
• Define procedures for record retention
• Ensure protection and security of files and records
• Transfer and dispose records according to retention schedules and policies
• Ensure personnel files are up to date.
• Data Entry of records and update information into the computer.
Maintain office efficiency
• Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement
• Maintain and replenish inventory
• Check stock to determine inventory levels
• Anticipate needed supplies
• Verify receipt of supply
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge
• Knowledge of office administration
• Knowledge of human resource management and supervision
• Attention to detail in preparing and entering information
• Computer skills including the spreadsheet and word-processing programs and e-mail at a highly proficient level
• Good knowledge in Book Keeping, Banking, Finance and Taxation
Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team building skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Decision making skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Time management skills
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications should include:
• Above 60% throughout academic career
• Bachelor of Commerce/ Arts
• MBA (Finance)
Experience: 0 – 1 years
Compensation: Rupees 2,50,000 - 3,25,000 per annum
Joining location: Hyderabad
