Roles and Responsibilities include:
Understanding the Client requirements
Sourcing the candidates from different portals, database, network
Cold calling
Briefing the candidate about the job profile.
Screening the candidate and fixing an appointment
Follow up of the candidate until unless he turns into a joined closing the requirements in the given period of time
Sal: up to 9000
Experience: Recruiting domain MINIMUM 6months.
Qualification: MBA, BBM with Hr specialization
