Job Role: Voice and Accent Trainer
Job Summary :
KenQA Services is looking for V&A trainers for its in-house training department.
Candidates must possess fluent English language skills both in written and oral communications.
A good command over grammar and vocabulary and high attention to detail is a necessity.

Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying individual training needs and scheduling training sessions.
• Designing and preparing the training module.
• Counseling and providing individual feedback regarding the need for training.
Training batch communication analysis, floor coaching and reports generation and timely circulation
ROLE
• Should come with 1+ years of Voice and Accent training experience (UK/ Australia)
• Should have in depth knowledge of Grammar, Voice and Accent (UK / Australian) comprehension, reading, writing and Soft
Skills
• Good Delivery skills and is familiar with Floor coaching and Refreshers
• Should have worked for external clients (UK/Australian)
• Should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Will be responsible for training audits for the Process
