Job Summary :
Key Specifications:
• Awareness of basic networking concepts, technologies, network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
• Knowledge of operating systems, Windows XP, Windows 7 configuration options and Troubleshooting
• Browser Support - Internet Explorer
• User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Windows Mail etc...
Job Location: Hyderabad
Skill Set:
o Superior Customer Care Skills
o Inter-personal communication
o Excellent oral, written, typing and telephone skills
o Clear and understandable speech in English (American)
o Service Desk Experience
o Any Graduate Degree
• SALARY PACKAGE: 2.8 LAC TO 3.6 LACS BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE
