Technical / Customer Support Voice International  required with the following skill set:
Opening in Inbound Voice Technical/Customer Service (Associate Level ONLY)
Excellent capability of Spoken English skills
Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone
Knowledge of basic computing, excellent fluency in English language

Fresher / Experienced Candidates
Undergraduates & Graduates in any stream
18-45 years of age
B.E. & BTech candidates are eligible (ONLY IT, CSE, ECE, Electrical & Instrumentation streams ONLY)
MTech, MBA & MCA  (or equivalent) NOT eligible
Excellent knowledge of Spoken English skills
Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
Willingness to work in Night Shifts (Rotational)
Ready to work in both Technical & Non-Technical process
