Job Description:

- Follows standard practices and procedures

- Duties and tasks are routine and standardized

- Packages simple / medium complexity applications

- Manages work tasks based on input from senior engineers.

- Designs, authors, tests, documents and performs basic debugging of application packages according to customer standards, policies and procedures

- Documents application packages worked on.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Basic understanding of Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Win2K, XP, Vista).   

- Basic understanding of Windows Installer and Visualization Technologies (Wise, Install-shield).

- Analytical and Problem Solving skills

- Communication skills

- Attention to Detail

- Customer Focus

- BEs, MCAs, MSC (IT / CS), MCM

- 0 to 2 years of desktop support experience or relevant degree.
