Job Summary :
Candidate Profile:
The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field from a reputed institution.
Should have strong Logical reasoning and Analytical Skills.
Should have the minimum working experience of 6 months to 2 years in voice based technical support processes.
Networking Certifications in Microsoft or Cisco preferred.
Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
The candidate should have the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly and can understand and prioritize issues to meet customers needs.
Should have strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
The candidate should have a strong desire to learn Data Warehousing, Data Integration and Business Intelligence tools is required.
Good Knowledge and experience in Windows and Unix.
Job Description:
All new hires will receive in-depth training on the products and processes prior to assuming Technical Support Engineer.
The Technical support engineer will access the CRM to analyze the current products and service entitlements.
The candidate need to perform diagnose and resolve customer inquiries related to Informatica software products in their environment.
Utilize information tools, training and experience to provide high level of customer satisfaction.
Make certain that processes are followed to ensure the security and privacy of all customers
