Requisite Skills:
Ø Technical
Knowledge of SDH /DWDM / SONET technologies
Knowledge of Ethernet/IP Technology
Knowledge of SDH Multiplexer’s , GMPLS
Ø Functional
Knowledge of OSS systems
Hand On experience on Various Vendor NMS/ EMS like Ciena , ECI , Marconi , Tejas.
Written & Oral Communication skills.
Ø Leadership
Ability to handle ambiguity
Team building
Ø Behavioral
Aptitude to adopt new OSS/ BSS tools ,
Committed to service excellence, customer centric, taking ownership of activities, positive and a good listener.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility, and openness to alternative approaches
Work Experience
1. 0 to 1 Year of working experience in the relevant field
2. NOC/Field Experience preferred
