Job Role: Program Manager - GET
Job Summary :
Position Summary(Key Objectives/Purpose of the Job)*
1. Program Management of Telecommunication Services (Delivering Data and voice services)
2. Should be well versed with Service Layer handling of Program Management aspects – Understanding Service Solutions, Project deliverables, Key internal customers and Suppliers roles, Qualitative aspects for delivery.
Major Responsibilities*
1. The role involves coordinating, communicating and implementing customer orders in India.
2. To prepare delivery project plan and communicate customer at each milestone.
3. Program Manage the delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators*
1. No. of circuits delivered vs total pending orders
2. Transactional feedback from customers
3. Handling of complex projects
4. CRFS and Ageing of orders
5. Ensure Project Closure Docket submission to customer & Service Assurance teams
Qualification – Necessary requirement
1. Degree in Engineering / Diploma with relevant experience
2. Basic Telecom Knowledge.
3. Detailed understanding of TDM, VSAT, SDH, DWDM, LL, NPLC, IPLC, RF, Wi-Fi, Wimax, Interfaces, MUX, Modems, TCPIP, MPLS, Layer 2 & 3 VPN, Frame Relay, Security services like firewall, IDM, UTM etc.
4. Detailed understanding in Voice related products and Platform -GSM , CDMA , PRI, CENTREX , Knowledge on EPABX, Mobility, Products Knowledge on Regulatory compliance for voice services.
5. Customer orientation.
